ABOUT ME

Professional with more than 20 years of experience in management, lately I have focused my career on digital product management. In this field, I've worked as a product and also project manager for digital products such as videogames, an interactive virtual experience and a web applications, while pursuing my Master degree at The Centre for Digital Media.

After a few years working in advertising, I was dedicated to corporate communications and brand and reputation management at Petrobras, which is the Brazilian largest company and one of the ten most valuable brands in this country.

I have experience in multiple communication disciplines as well as global governance of these processes with subsidiary companies, aiming to maintain brand consistency in its expression in multiple markets. In brand management, I have led large projects characterized by strategic thinking, business focus, and articulation/negotiation with the company's board, as well as the implementation and change of culture with multiple teams, derived from this type of project.


Lately, I have directed my professional practice closer to technology, understanding the possibility of collaborating with a more human vision for the development of technology solutions. 


In leadership positions, I have established team management methods based on individual and group autonomy, applying agile methodologies and collaborative practices, and the adoption of a problem-solving culture, intending to enable the best of each one's potential.
